Aaruka® was born in 2019, founded by Jessica Ella after a deeply personal complex trauma healing journey that began in her early 20s.
Initially skeptical of healing, Jess became obsessed with understanding how rapid, transformative healing truly works—scientifically and energetically.
After years of independent research, personal healing, and studying multiple modalities across all areas of therapy, she developed her own groundbreaking methods and sold her previous business to fully dedicate herself to trauma healing.
A Method That Changed Everything
In just six years, Jess worked with thousands of clients, built a months-long waitlist, and received daily messages from people desperate to experience her work.
It was then that a friend suggested she put all of her knowledge into a certification program—one that would not only teach trauma therapy, but produce world-class therapists capable of real transformation.
That’s how Aaruka® was born — a globally recognised practitioner training that teaches you how to heal trauma for good, using the most complete method available today.
The 2025 evolution
Now, in 2025, Aaruka® is evolving. Due to overwhelming demand and a commitment to creating true experts, this certification is now application-only, with limited places per intake.
Each student will be mentored by Jessica Ella, receiving five personal therapy sessions to clear their own trauma, blocks and limitations.
